Emacs is an amazing, extensible, customizable, free/libre text editor for Windows PC and much more! At its core is an interpreter for the tool Lisp, a dialect of the Lisp programming language with extensions to support text editing. Note: Unzip the archive preserving the directory structure and run bin\runemacs.exe to start the program. You can create a desktop shortcut to this file for easier use.
