Amanda the Adventurer is an immersive horror title that will ease its players in with the slow-paced simulation approach, only to completely surprise them with an excellent atmosphere, horror scares, and adventure gameplayby the end of its short main campaign. As a rare example of unique game design, Amanda the Adventurer does not rely much on jump scares and similar traditional horror elements, but instead, it builds its horror atmosphere by slowly taking the best moments that were popularized by found footage horror genre and building its pacing toward the memorable end fight.
